Health and Disability
The Legal Clinic assists people who have been denied Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPP-D) or for non-unionized employees, Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) benefits.
If you are age 60 and over, the Legal Clinic can help with advance care planning. We can offer advice about health care consent, care home and long-term care issues, and access to community care. We also help people age 60 and over who have low incomes with powers of attorney.
The Steps to Justice website offers step-by-step information about health and disability issues, and other common legal problems.
